Virtual feeding support, wherever you are.

Real time, personalized lactation support from the comfort of your home for when you need guidance, reassurance, or a second set of eyes.

Support from the comfort of your home

You don’t always need to have an in-person session to get meaningful feeding support. Virtual visits offer real time, personalized guidance wherever you are, helping you feel supported without the stress of travel or scheduling around your baby’s routine.

During a virtual visit, we can talk through your concerns, observe a feeding if helpful, and work together to make practical adjustments that feel manageable for you and your baby. Many families find that virtual support provides the clarity, reassurance, and direction they need, right when they need it most.

How virtual support works

We begin with you and your baby

We’ll begin by talking through what’s been happening, your concerns, and your goals. This helps me understand your situation and focus on what will be most helpful for you.

We'll work through feeding

If it feels comfortable and helpful, I may observe a feeding during the session. I can offer guidance on positioning, latch, pacing, or other adjustments in real time, just as we would during an in-home visit.

Clear, practical guidance

Throughout the visit, I’ll offer realistic suggestions you can apply right away, whether that’s supporting milk supply, adjusting pumping, improving comfort, or understanding your baby’s feeding patterns.

Questions and Followup

Before we finish, we’ll talk through next steps so you feel sure about what to do moving forward. After, you’ll receive a written summary with suggestions and resources, so you have something to refer back to.

What we can work on together

Virtual support can help with many common feeding concerns. If you’re unsure whether your situation fits, you’re always welcome to reach out. We can decide together what feels most appropriate.

  • Latch and positioning
  • Milk supply concerns
  • Pumping and bottle feeding
  • Feeding patterns and newborn behavior
  • Follow-up and check-ins
  • Weaning
  • General feeding questions

Can virtual support really help?

Many parents wonder this, and it’s a fair question. While some situations benefit from in-person care, virtual support can still be highly effective for many feeding concerns. Through conversation, observation, and real-time guidance, we can often make meaningful adjustments that improve comfort, clarity, and confidence.

If at any point it feels like in home support would be more helpful, we can talk through that together. The goal is simply to make sure you receive the support that feels right for you and your baby.

"I was almost to the point of giving up."

“I would give 100 stars if I could! she was so helpful, patient, and understand of my concerns! I was almost to the point of giving up and she saved my nursing journey! I will be forever grateful! My only regret is not partnering with her sooner!”
